The management scheme followed by Turku Centre for Biotechnology. The most important decisions of the centre are made by the director of TCB together with TCB’s Executive Board otherwise known as the Biocity Turku Board. Members of this board are nominated for a three year term by the University of Turku and Åbo Akademi University.
Turku Centre for Biotechnology and BioCity Turku have a common Scientific Advisory Board (SAB). Members of the SAB represent the fields of biotechnology and drug discovery:
